Product selection

In the absence of a model in the warehouse, you are offered the opportunity to leave a Product Request (by clicking on the Leave a Request button), which allows you to quickly receive information about the receipt of goods at the warehouse in quick form of notification. The application is for informational purposes only. To create a real order, you need to go to the site, click the Add to Cart button and, following the instructions, place your order.

After the basket is formed, you need to choose a convenient method, delivery time, fill in the fields with the delivery address, specify the recipient of the goods. Next, you need to choose a method of payment for the goods, as well as confirm your agreement with the terms of the purchase.

You can always see the status of your orders in the Order History section of the My Account menu.

Order placement

A placed order is retained by you for three business days from the date of confirmation by the store employee. After this period, we will consider that you have exercised your right to cancel the Order and terminate the contract of sale.

Order Processing

Please note that the confirmation email of the receipt of the order is not a confirmation of the acceptance of the order. Your order will be deemed accepted only after you receive the appropriate confirmation email from us (your order has been processed). An order can be canceled at any time before receiving an email about the transfer of the order to the delivery service.

Notifications
