          • Price of a product might vary in Bay physical store with website due to periodic promotional offers

          • You may exchange your purchase by the same product or more.

          • No claim will be entertained without a valid cash memo.

          • Altered Purchase cannot be exchanged.

          • All purchase through a discount promotion will not be exchanged.

          • Repair/Replacement will be at the discretion of the company, which will be final.

Exchange Policy

BAY offers 30 days exchange policy.

Exchange Period

You have 30 DAYS TO EXCHANGE* item must be returned in its original condition.

*Goods must be unworn and in the original condition, packaging with invoice. Damaged Box or shoes may not qualify for exchange.

Exchange during Sale Promotion

Please be aware, no exchange can be processed during the sales promotion period. All parcels will only be processed after the sales promotion period.

Exchange for Promotional Product/Clearance Sale/ Discounted Product

Exchange to Store

         • You can Exchange the items to any BAY EMPORIUM store

         • To find your nearest store, please check the Shops

         • What to do:

                 – Take your items to be Exchange to the BAY store of your choice

                 – You MUST have your original receipt with you.

How many days will it take to get an Exchange?

An exchange order will be sent within 14 working days once we have received the item depends upon the availability of the product. If you are in hurry please place a new order & send correct order for a refund.

Faulty items/ wrong item

If you receive a faulty item/ wrong item or size, please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a pick up from your doorstep.

Undelivered Parcel

Please note in case if parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. We can put customer's account on hold & for future orders customer have to pay us in advance.

Delivery information

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

           • Delivery Inside Dhaka: Deliver within 3 business days

           • Delivery Outside Dhaka: Deliver within 5 business days

           • Inside Dhaka, delivery fee is Free

           • Outside Dhaka, delivery fee is Free

           • Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed Next working Day

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
